ARTVERSE, founded by Valerio Borgonuovo, is a sole proprietorship of consultancy and services to support Arts, Research and Education.

ARTVERSE collaborates with experts, creatives and professionals who are regularly involved in the conception, development and realisation of new productions in the fields of art curating, artistic production, contemporary exhibition practices, experimental forms of research and innovative learning methods, with a particular focus on the use of new digital technologies (including Extended Reality, Generative AI, Immersive and Drone-based experiences).


Valerio Borgonuovo, museographer, cultural manager, art curator and educator, has promoted experimental teaching formats in academic sphere and has concepted initiatives and exhibitions focused on integrating visual arts, arts education and new digital technologies, including as Director of the Fine Arts Academy LABA, Brescia: Metaverso Un viaggio iperculturale (Metaverse A hypercultural journey, Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera, June 20th 2023), a day of meetings, discussions and experimentation under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage; and Francesco Vezzoli - Cultural \ Remix, the opening ceremony of the 2023/2024 Academic Year, conceived as a real moment of horizontal learning on art, fashion, cinema, communication and design between the artist Francesco Vezzoli and all the students of the Academy (November 27th 2023).

In 2024, he curated for Lenovo Italia AI YOGA Yoga per Intelligenze Artistiche (AI YOGA Yoga for Artistic Intelligences, MEET Digital Culture Centre, Milan), the first comprehensive exhibition in Italy on Art and Generative AI. He also handled the project management of Today is not Today, a digital platform of immersive and interactive artist’s experiences for VR headsets, developed by the creative studio Scena Urbana in collaboration with the Fondazione Piero Manzoni, Archivio Vincenzo Agnetti and Associazione Paolo Scheggi, and the partnership of the Museo del 900 in Milan. The volume Global Tools 1973-1975 When Education coincides with Life (Nero Editions, Rome 2019), co-curated by Valerio Borgonuovo with Silvia Franceschini, was awarded the title of “best art and visual culture book published in Italy in 2018” on the occasion of Books and Others, an initiative promoted by the ICA Milano.
